The firm has represented sellers, buyers, developers, lenders, contractors and real estate agents in the real estate industry with regard to sales, leases, construction defects, land use and other complex matters.

Mr. McCormick has represented contractors, lenders, developers, and owners involving transactions and litigation with respect to construction matters, bidding disputes, mechanics’ liens, stop notices, licensing issues, and construction defects.
